The exercise
Give a two-minute spoken account of what your year actually built. Then name your commitment for the next twelve months, out loud, to the room. Once you say your commitment to the room, the people in the room can ask you about your commitment.
What you walk out with
Stand before a room of peers and give a true account of what your year actually built. Then commit a chosen direction for the year ahead, out loud, to people who will ask you about that direction.
You leave with your account of the year and a commitment said to the room.
