For the person who finishes for everyone but themselves

KOORA: The Finisher Protocol

From the Ekegusii gokoora: to finish without flinching.

You finish for everyone but yourself. The project ships. The client stays. The family holds. And the thing that is actually yours, the body, the manuscript, the conversation that needed one hour and six months of courage, stays open for another year.

KOORA is where you close it. One named open loop per day across six covenants. Four deep-dive masterclasses each month and a daily thirty-minute live session at 5am EAT hold the structure. ALCARRA, the weekly engine, holds the accountability. The cohort holds you. One deliverable at the end: your 180 Open Loops Ledger. One identity: Finisher.

ALCARRA. Seven commitments.

How it runs

ALCARRA is the weekly engine: Awareness, Learning, Change, Action, Resilience, Reflection, Accountability. Seven commitments, practiced in community. Each covenant stands on the Three Pillars: The Seal, The Enduring Clause, and The Measure of Betrayal. A covenant holds because the pillars hold.

Four deep-dive masterclasses each month, one every Friday at 5am EAT, go deeper into the active covenant. The daily thirty-minute sessions Monday through Thursday are where the work gets done and the accountability is witnessed. Graduates carry one identity: Finisher. The community answers to one name: Alcarraites.

KOORA, answered

What is KOORA: The Finisher Protocol?

KOORA is the House of Mastery flagship: a 180-day covenant program for high achievers who start strong and do not finish. Koora is Ekegusii for to finish. Six covenants over six months: Self, Body, Craft, People, Future, World, run on the weekly ALCARRA engine.

How much does KOORA cost?

KES 90,000 for the full 180 days, or six monthly payments of KES 15,000. Membership includes the Daily Reset every weekday morning and every Deep Dive Friday masterclass.

How much time does KOORA take each day?

The Daily Reset is thirty minutes, Monday to Thursday at 5:00am EAT, with the Deep Dive on Friday at 5:00am. Beyond the morning hour, the work is your real life: the covenants are kept inside your actual week, not added on top of it.

Can I join mid-program?

Yes. Each covenant month opens independently. You can enter on Body in June, on Craft in July, or at any covenant that names the work you have been deferring. The protocol holds you from wherever you enter.

Do I have to be in Nairobi?

No. KOORA runs live on Zoom everywhere. Members across Africa and the diaspora attend the same sessions; invited committed members may attend in person at House of Mastery regional offices.

How is KOORA different from the Daily Reset?

The Daily Reset is the discipline layer: the daily practice anyone can join. KOORA is the full protocol: the six covenants, the cohort, the witnessed commitments, the 180-day arc, with the Daily Reset included as its engine room.

Before the 180

Some Finishers complete Momentum90 first: the 90-day intensive that builds the structure KOORA then holds for the full year. November through January, one cohort of one hundred.
