How it runs
One recorded masterclass each week, one hour, no filler. One live discussion room weekly, East Africa and Americas times. One assignment per week with a countable output. You score five conditions on day 0 and again on day 90, and the floor rule governs: your momentum reads at your most blocked condition, not your average, because averages hide and floors tell the truth. Between the two scoresheets sits your Receipts Ledger, the dated record of everything you moved, built, faced, and finished.
What you leave with: one aim delivered to standard. Three shipped outcomes. A working weekly review that catches drift in seven days instead of seven months. Your avoided list, shorter. And two dated scoresheets that cannot both be wrong.

What does the program ask of me each day?
Every day carries one defined move, and every week closes with a live coaching call, a reflection practice, and accountability inside the cohort. The structure is built so progress stops depending on willpower.

What if I fall behind?
Every masterclass is recorded and stays available, and the weekly review exists to catch drift within seven days. You do not catch up all at once; you rejoin at the current week and keep moving. Behind for a week is recoverable. Stopped is the only failure state.
Do I need to take the Momentum Diagnostic before enrolling?
No. Day 0 of the program includes it. Taking it first simply tells you which of the five conditions has you, and which transformation you will enter through.
Is this coaching or therapy?
Neither. It is a structured program with teaching, measurement, and a cohort. It will not diagnose or treat a mental health condition, and it is not a substitute for care where care is needed.
When are the live sessions?
One discussion room each week, run at East Africa and Americas times. If you miss a week, the recording and the assignment keep you in motion until the next room.
