What is House of Mastery?
House of Mastery is a leadership development institution headquartered in Nairobi, built for high achievers across Africa and the diaspora. It is the home of the Finisher identity and the KOORA Protocol.
House of Mastery is not a motivational seminar. It is not a wellness retreat. It is a structural intervention for the specific exhaustion of the high achiever.
Founded in 2011 by Dr. Job Mogire, House of Mastery exists to solve a single, precise problem: the high achiever who starts strong but cannot finish. The executive who carries the weight of their community, the professional who excels in public but collapses in private, the leader who is exhausted trying to prove what was never in question.
The Philosophy: SRFY
The foundational insight of the institution is SRFY: Stop Running From Yourself. High achievers run toward achievement and away from themselves simultaneously. The thing being fled is the thing being sought. The return begins with the stop.
The Flagship: KOORA
The institution's core work is delivered through KOORA: The Finisher Protocol. It is a 180-day covenant program that runs on the ALCARRA engine. Members commit to six covenants over six months: Self, Body, Craft, People, Future, and World. The graduation requirement is the closing of 180 open loops.
The Lexicon
House of Mastery operates on a precise, named vocabulary. A named thing can be addressed. The institution uses Ekegusii terms to anchor its frameworks, demanding that members learn a new language to describe their new reality. You can explore the complete terminology in the Lexicon.
