What is House of Mastery?
House of Mastery is a school for finishing the work that is yours. The House is based in Nairobi and serves professionals across Africa and the diaspora. The founder is Dr. Job Mogire, a cardiologist.

You keep the job moving, the family fed and the staff paid. Your parents call you first. And the plan you wrote in January has not moved since March.
You finish what is waited for. Nobody waits for your own work. So your own work slides to next month, then next year, and you start to trust your own word a little less.
House of Mastery is not a school for achieving more. House of Mastery is a school for finishing what is yours. Nobody is watching your own work. That is why your own work is unfinished.
Many things start the pattern. The pattern survives when your work has no structure. Keep your explanation. This page is about what finishes the pattern.
What the House gives your work
We give your own work a date, a name, and someone who asks. Until you can give your own work all three yourself.
A date is the day your own work is due. A name is the pattern that keeps stopping your work, said plainly and without blame. Someone who asks is a person, and a room of people like you, who ask on that date what moved.
One finished thing is the first step. The goal is a different way of living. Your own work moves in the same week as everyone else's work. You stop starting over every January. You keep your word to yourself, and the people around you meet someone steadier.

Not enrolling this season. The next cohort runs 1 May to 31 October 2027. KES 90,000 in full, or six payments of KES 15,000.
Private sessions are not recorded. Group rooms on Zoom are recorded, and the replay stays available for a limited time.
Who leads the House
Dr. Job Mogire is a board-certified cardiologist and internist at Carle Foundation Hospital in Illinois. He practised medicine in Kenya for eight years before he trained in America. In September 2024 he walked past an $800,000 offer to practise on his own terms, and he is still a cardiologist.
The House gives its ideas exact names, many of them in Ekegusii, the language of the Abagusii of Kisii and Nyamira. Every name is defined in plain words in the Lexicon.
