The Return Inventory

An honest four-minute reading of your year, before the year has the final say.

Taken by leaders across five continents.

House of Mastery · Executive Diagnostic

Diagnosis before prescription.

The Return Inventory was built on one clinical discipline, carried by Dr. Job Mogire from cardiology into leadership: you cannot treat a year you have not honestly read.

Twenty questions. Four minutes. Five rooms. At the end, you know exactly where your year stands and which room of The Mid-Year Scoreboard you most need: The Reckoning Room, The Decision Room, The Commitment Room, The Resolution Room, or The Finisher's Table.

The Mid-Year Scoreboard is a live executive masterclass series running July to November 2026, led by Dr. Mogire for senior leaders across East Africa and the diaspora. Each of its five rooms is a working session. You do not need the earlier rooms to walk in any month and leave with that room's artifact.

House of Mastery programs available after your reading include KOORA: The Finisher Protocol (the 180-day flagship), Momentum90 (the 90-day intensive), and The DCR Masterclass Series. The inventory is free. No sign-up required. Results arrive immediately.

What do the five rooms measure?

Each room is one dimension of leadership performance: reckoning (honest reading of the first half), decision (what to stop carrying), commitment (what to finish before December with a date and witness), resolution (closing what is dead), and finishing (peer accountability). The inventory scores you across all five and shows which room your year needs most.

Who should take it?

Senior leaders, founders, executives, and professionals in East Africa and the diaspora who are past July with unread commitments from January. The inventory is built for leaders on the continent and taken by leaders across five continents. It is free and takes four minutes.

What happens after I take it?

You receive a score across all five rooms and a recommendation for the session you most need. From there you can reserve a seat in The Mid-Year Scoreboard or explore other House of Mastery programs, including KOORA: The Finisher Protocol and Momentum90.

Who designed it?

Dr. Job Mogire, MD FACP FACC. Board-certified cardiologist at Carle Health in Illinois, founder of House of Mastery, and a speaker who has worked with leaders across East Africa for fifteen years. The same discipline he carries into cardiology he carries into every room: a named thing can be addressed; an unnamed thing can only be endured.
