The Mid-Year Scoreboard · Session 2 of 5 · August 2026

The Decide Room

Cut what you will stop carrying

August 2026, evening EAT, confirmed on registration

A seat is KES 2,500 per session, about USD 20, rising to KES 3,500 five days before each class.

The scoreboard most leaders keep

Load as commitment: carrying everything.

The one this room installs

Deliberate subtraction: what you chose to stop, and the finishing power it freed.

The question this room answers

What are you still carrying that you have already decided to stop?

What the room covers

  • The hidden cost of decisions you have been postponing
  • Standards as permanent architecture, not annual goals
  • What genuine subtraction looks like versus what it feels like
  • The difference between pausing a commitment and cutting it
  • How to close the negotiation with yourself

The exercise

Name every commitment, project, or standard you are carrying that does not belong in the second half. Write the cut list. Each entry gets one sentence on what it is and the date you are stopping. Sign it.

What you walk out with

Walk out with a written cut list: the commitments, projects, meetings and standards you will stop carrying in the second half, each decided and named.

You leave with your written cut list.

You do not need the earlier rooms. Walk in this month, and leave with your written cut list.

You become the leader known for what you protect, not what you pile on, whose yes means something because your no is real.

The Return Inventory

Diagnosis before prescription. A free, four-minute reading that shows you where your year stands and the room you most need. Take it before the room, and the work begins from your real picture.
