The next edition · 10 to 12 November 2026
You have not failed.
You keep starting again. The gym, the savings plan, the call you keep meaning to make. Each restart costs you a little more of how you see yourself.
The Return Challenge is a few short live sessions on Zoom with people who restart the same way. Your pattern gets a name, you stop calling yourself lazy, and you know where to begin again. The Return Challenge is free.

Tuesday to Thursday · 30 minutes each day · Live on Zoom
The three days
Tuesday to Thursday, thirty minutes a day, live. No replays; each day builds on the one before. The Return Challenge runs every fourth week, so the next one is never more than a few weeks away.
Day 1 · You Ran
Your Return Profile results are read back to you, and the pattern behind your restarts gets a name. You stop guessing about yourself and start seeing the pattern.
Day 2 · You Roamed
Why closeness feels unsafe even when you want closeness, and why distance became your default. You stop blaming yourself for the gap.
Day 3 · You Can Return
You see the way back to your own work. You also hear what the next step with House of Mastery looks like. Taking that step is your choice, and you keep what you learned either way.
What you should know
Do I need to be in Nairobi?
No. The Return Challenge runs entirely on Zoom, so you can attend from anywhere in the world. All you need is a stable connection and thirty uninterrupted minutes each day.
Is this religious?
No. The Return Challenge is not tied to any religion or theological tradition. The framework is behavioural, shaped by what Dr. Mogire has seen as a physician and a cardiologist. The Return Challenge is not medical care, and the Return Challenge is not therapy.
Do I need the Return Profile first?
Yes. Day one is built around your Return Profile results. The Return Profile takes about two minutes and is sent to you when you register. Without your Return Profile, day one has nothing of yours to read back.
What if I miss a day?
There are no replays and no catch-up sessions. Each day builds directly on the one before it, so plan to attend all three.
Do I have to commit to anything after?
Nothing beyond showing up. The event is completely free and unconditional. Day three closes with an invitation, and you are entirely free to take it or leave it.
After three short sessions, you know what keeps you restarting and where to begin again.
