Ninety minutes · 6 to 15 executives · closed-door

The Finisher Boardroom.

An executive team takes the Finisher Profile privately. Dr. Job Mogire, cardiologist at Carle Health, reads the team’s aggregate covenant pattern live and names which strategic commitments the team is unconsciously not finishing. Ninety minutes. No slides. No flip-charts. A diagnostic, then a conversation.

Strategic plan, fourteen initiatives, two finish rates

Every African board has the same private problem: a strategic plan with fourteen initiatives and the muscle-memory to finish two. The pattern is not strategic. It is formative. Unfinished commitments belong to the people who held them, not to the document that named them.

The Boardroom is the only setting that reads that pattern at the level of the team rather than the individual. The instrument is the same Finisher Profile any adult can take at home. The difference is the reader, the room, and the question being asked: which of our commitments is this team built to leave unfinished?

The ninety minutes

20 min

The Reading

All executives have taken the Finisher Profile individually in the 72 hours prior. Dr. Mogire opens with the team’s aggregate covenant pattern: which covenant is loudest across the team, which is quietest, which is fractured. Clinical, not theatrical.

15 min

The Strategic Mirror

The aggregate maps onto the team’s real strategic commitments. Dr. Mogire names which initiatives the pattern is likeliest to leave unfinished, and why. This is the moment that justifies the fee.

10 min

The Questions

Three diagnostic questions to the room. No advice yet. The team begins to see itself.

35 min

The Conversation

Facilitated discussion among the executives. Dr. Mogire shapes; the team speaks. Closed-door, no recording, no LinkedIn post. The conversation belongs to the team.

Ten organisations, by invitation

Through 2026 and 2027, ten African organisations will be invited to join the inaugural Founding Cohort of The Finisher Boardroom. The cohort receives the full Premium engagement at no fee, in exchange for the right to name the organisation publicly as a founding partner, on-site photography, a brief filmed reflection by the CEO or chairperson, and a written testimonial. The session itself remains confidential; the partnership is public.

One organisation per quarter, selected by Dr. Mogire personally, by invitation and by application. Founding partners will be listed here, on every keynote stage, and inside every future edition of The African Executive Finishing Index.

The Boardroom does not motivate. It does not coach. It reads the pattern the room is already in, and names the commitments that pattern will quietly cost.
