Has this belief ever been tested against reality? What did the test reveal?

What would you stop doing or start doing if this belief were revised or retired?

Question 4

Whose voice speaks when this belief is operating? What does it sound like? When did you first hear it?

Question 5

What new equation might you write in its place, one that fits your actual life rather than the life the original equation was trying to build? ---

Weekly Practice

Read one of these each morning this week. Before the phone.

Day 1 I named an equation I absorbed without checking.
Day 2 I noticed a rule from childhood still running my life.
