Lead a chapter.
The conversation belongs to the room. You are the one who opens it.
Not a teacher. The one who goes first.
Each month, four readers lead the book club, one per chapter. Leading is not expertise. You do not lecture or summarize. You open the chapter by naming what it surfaced in you, and you let the room speak from there.
The house raises its own guides. If you are reading the book, you are already qualified to lead the conversation. You say so, and a chapter is yours.
How leading a chapter works
You submit your name and chapter preference below
We confirm your chapter and month two weeks in advance.
You read the chapter again, closely
You note what it surfaced in you: the question you kept returning to, the sentence that stopped you.
On the second Saturday, you open the room
You share what you found in two or three minutes. Then you ask the room: what did this surface in you?
The house does the rest
Four voices, one chapter each. The conversation finds its own level. You are not responsible for where it goes.
